Erondas Villas are located in an idyllically secluded spot, 25 km east of Rethymno town, just 6 km and 10 km away from the lovely sandy beaches of Panormo and Bali. The villas lie on the hillside of the picturesque village of Achlades, offering magnificent views of the surrounding olive groves and vineyards, ensuring an ultimately tranquil holiday. The villas are close to some note-worthy sites of historical significance such as Ancient Eleftherna, Melidoni Cave and Arkadi Monastery.

The Villas are traditional residences from the mid-18th century in complete harmony with the environment, thanks to the recently completed painstaking restoration. The traditional elements and their authentic character were preserved and are highlighted throughout the Villas, creating unique ambient spaces of high aesthetic value. Erondas Villa II covers 200 m2 in its 2 levels and can accommodate up to 8 guests in its 4 bedrooms. Two more guests could be accommodated in folding beds, making this Villa big enough for large families or groups of friends. The ground floor is an open plan area with a cosy living room with a 42’ smart TV and a Play station 4 console. Furthermore, the fully equipped kitchen provides everything you may need for your self-catered stay. Also on this floor there is a 45 m2 studio, featuring a wonderful loft bedroom with a double bed (1.60x2.10), lovely sitting area with stone built benches and direct access to the veranda, a small but well equipped kitchenette, TV, as well as an en-suite bathroom. In addition, one more bedroom providing two single beds and an open fireplace can be found on this level, as well as a family bathroom with a hydro-massage shower column. Climbing up the colorfully tiled paved stairs, guests will reach the remaining two bedrooms, one of which features a king size bed and the other two single beds. There is also one more kitchenette and a shared bathroom on this floor. As you enter Erondas Villa II you will find yourself in a romantic courtyard, where the stone built BBQ facilities are at your disposal to prepare your meals and try al fresco dining under shaded pergola. At the rear part of the Villa is the 40 m2, eco-friendly private pool (90 cm to 150 cm deep). The 150 m2 pool terrace is lawn covered, filled with flowers and equipped with sun beds and umbrellas, so you can stay there all day long! Additionally, right below the pool level there is a playground area with toys and soft sand, perfect for children.
