Erondas Villa I

Erondas Villas are located in an idyllically secluded spot, 25 km east of Rethymno town, just 6 km and 10 km away from the lovely sandy beaches of Panormo and Bali. The villas lie on the hillside of the picturesque village of Achlades, offering magnificent views of the surrounding olive groves and vineyards, ensuring an ultimately tranquil holiday. The villas are close to some note-worthy sites of historical significance such as Ancient Eleftherna, Melidoni Cave and Arkadi Monastery.

The Villas are traditional residences from the mid-18th century in complete harmony with the environment, thanks to the recently completed painstaking restoration. The traditional elements and their authentic character were preserved and are highlighted throughout the Villas, creating unique ambient spaces of high aesthetic value. Erondas Villa I is 220 m2 on 3 levels and can accommodate up to 8 guests in its 4 bedrooms. Two more guests could be accommodated in folding beds. On the ground floor is a 45 m2 studio, featuring a double bed, a sitting area with stone built benches, an open fireplace, a small but fully equipped kitchenette, TV, as well as an en-suite bathroom with a hydro-massage shower column. Also on this level is a working area with a wooden office, a laptop and printer. Climbing up the colorfully tiled paved stairs, guests will reach the open plan area of the first floor with a comfortable living room area, with an open fireplace, a 46’ smart TV and a Play station. Furthermore, the fully equipped kitchen provided everything you may need for your self-catered stay. In addition, one more twin-bedded bedroom is located on this floor, which could also be used as a Super King Size Bed (2.00x2.10). Finally, there’s one family bathroom with a hydro-massage shower column. This level is suitable for people with special needs and is wheelchair accessible (maximum width 60 cm) as it features special ramps, offering direct access to the pool terrace. The remaining two bedrooms of can be found on the top floor, one of which features a super king size bed (1.70x2.20) and the other one two single beds (1.00x2.10). There is also one more kitchenette and a shared bathroom with a hydro-massage shower column on this floor. The outdoor area offers full privacy. The 40 m2 pool is eco-friendly, using UV lamps for cleaning. The pool has a varying depth from 90 cm to 150 cm and features a special area for children with a depth of 40cm. The 300 m2 pool terrace is paved with regional stone and equipped with sun beds and umbrellas. Stone built BBQ facilities and a traditional oven are at your disposal to prepare your meals and try al fresco dining under shaded pergola with outdoor dining table and sitting area. Right next to the pool, there is also another bathroom with a shower for your convenience. Additionally, there are lawn covered areas, perfect for the kids to play, and 200 m2 surrounding spaces with flower beds and additional relaxing areas, equipped with patio furniture.
