Rocky Cove Villa

This very private, spacious villa boasts its own rocky, private beach with a naturally formed cave that is literally steps from the villa. It is ideally located in the village of Mavros Kolympos, about 4 km from the bustling seaside resort of Makrigialos and therefore perfect for exploring the sites of far Eastern Crete like the Vai Palm Forest, Zakros and Kato Zakros and the towns of Ierapetra and Sitia.

The villa has been thoughtfully designed to comfortably accommodate 8 persons with plenty of room for everyone to be together, while maintaining a large degree of privacy for all if required. The ground floor houses an open plan living and dining area with a fireplace, the kitchen, a storage room and one of the bedrooms. Internal wooden stairs lead to the first floor with 2 lofts with bedroom, kitchen, WC and office, as well as a Master bedroom with its own fireplace and Jacuzzi. The configuration of the bedrooms are as follows: Bedroom 1 – 1 Double Bed, sofa bed (63m²), office Bedroom 2 – 1 Double Bed, sofa bed, office Bedroom 3 – 1 Double Bed, 2 single bed, office Bedroom 4 – 1 Double Bed Special emphasis has been placed on the Villa’s garden which is approximately 1300m² and features various tropical flora, papaya trees, pineapple trees, numerous seating areas, a BBQ and a 65m² pool with sea water. The available parking lot on the Villa’s entrance is spacious enough to accommodate up to four cars.
