Istron Villas is a beautiful complex of villas nestled on a hillside, blending harmoniously with the landscape, surrounded by a carpet of wild nature, olive groves, citrus trees and the majestic palm trees and vegetable gardens of Istron Bay Hotel. The property shares the same bay as the Istron Bay Hotel, offering an ideal combination. Guests enjoy the exclusivity of their own villa while at the same time they have the opportunity to enjoy the facilities of a luxury hotel, which is within walking distance, yet far enough to ensure the privacy of the villa residents.

Niovi is located near the top of the complex and therefore has one of the best views and is still only 250m from the blue-flag awarded sandy beach. It enjoys a good view of the area with surrounding hills, wild vegetation and the bay. It is a spacious villa (130m2)and has a large, stone-flagged terrace with a sitting area, a large shaded eating corner, a swing, and a private pool with umbrella and sun loungers. A large, bright living room is combined with a sitting area, dining area and the well-equipped kitchen. The many large windows make this room extremely pleasant and comfortable. Niovi has three comfortable bedrooms and three bathrooms, two of are en-suite. All bathrooms are tiled with white marble. Master bathroom is with a bathtub, the rest with a shower.
