Listaros Villas

Listaros is a complex of 3 independent traditional villas - Dafni, Myrsini and Elaia, situated in the beautiful environs of a quiet hill-side, with amazing views to the sea, the mountains and daily sunsets. The villas are situated on the edge of the traditional village of Listaros in southern Crete and are close to the famous south coast beaches of Matala and Komo.

Each villa is set in its own private plot of 600m2. Villa Dafni (Listaros 1) is set on 2 levels and provides four bedrooms (three with a double bed and one with two single beds), three bathrooms (one of which has a whirlpool bathtub 1,55 x 1,55m and the others with a shower), fully equipped gym, fully equipped kitchen, dining-room, living-room with a fireplace and an antique piano. Total interior space is 170m. Dafni can accommodate up to 8 persons. Villas Myrsini & Elaia are set on 3 levels and each have three bedrooms (two with a double bed and one with two single beds), two bathrooms (one with a whirlpool bathtub 1,55x1,55 m and the other with a shower cabin),fully equipped gym, fully equipped kitchen, dining-room, living-room with a fireplace and an antique piano. Total interior space is 140m2. The villas can each accommodate up to 6 persons. All the villas are furnished and decorated with authentic furniture and furnishings in combination with careful selection of synchronous in order to be quality and comfort. The outside areas all have a private swimming pool, BBQ area, a large, beautifully appointed garden and private parking.
