Villa Polyxena

Located in the heart of the quaint south coast village of Kamilari, Villa Polyxena was originally built in 1903 in neoclassical style and carefully restored in 1996. It has a spacious yard and a panoramic view of the sea and mountains. It is a perfect retreat for those wanting an authentic experience of Cretan village life.

Villa Polyxena is a 200m2, three-storey villa with furniture and furnishings in traditional Cretan style. On the ground floor you will find a living room with a fireplace and an antique piano, a dining room, a spacious, fully equipped kitchen with a fireplace, two bathrooms, (one with whirlpool bathtub 1.55x 1.55m and the other with hydro-massage, home-spa shower cabin) and one master bedroom. The first floor houses three double bedrooms, two bathrooms with shower and one gym-room. On the second floor is one double bedroom with a bathroom with shower. The outside area includes a large swimming pool as well as a smaller one for children. In addition to this there are large verandas, a garden around the pool, a barbeque and private parking. Next to the villa there are two lodgings with bathrooms that can accommodate 2-4 persons each. They are NEVER booked separately, but if needed they can be used to accommodate more guests for up to a total of 18 persons.
