This traditional stone, independent holiday home is set in the midst of a tranquil landscape of olive groves with views to the mountains and the sea in the small village of Galatas, near Stalos. The feeling is that you are far away from everything, but Chania city and the bustling seaside resort of Agia Marina and Platanias are only a very short car ride away. .

The 250m2 villa offers 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, with one double bedroom and one bathroom located on the ground floor and the remaining 3 bedrooms and master bathroom are located on the first floor. One of bedrooms on this level has a double bed, 1 bedroom has 4 twin beds and the third smaller bedroom has one twin bed. The ground floor houses the open plan living, dining and kitchen areas. One fireplace is located in the master bedroom while the other one is in the living room. There is also central heating and A/C available in all rooms. Both bathrooms are fully equipped with the necessary amenities. Outdoors there is a spacious open area with olive trees, gardens and plenty of grass areas. There are several patios/terraces, including a covered terrace with an outdoor dining table. There is a stone oven, barbeque and of course the private pool that can also be enjoyed by children since it has an area especially for them.
