The top level has 3 bedrooms, all with double beds and plasma TV and all with their own bathrooms. One of the bathrooms has a hydromassage bath. The property is enclosed by a stone fence for maximum privacy. The 4,000m² property is resplendent with lawns, palm trees, cypress trees, lemon trees, a vineyard, rock gardens, flower arrangements and an organic vegetable and herb garden. There is a special area with barbecue grill and wood oven and an outdoor dining table for 14. The large saltwater, ecological pool has an area of 78 m² and there are sun loungers available for 14 people.
