Laurel Villas

Laurel Villas complex consists of 4 villas built around a large 96m2 swimming pool, only 200m from the sandy beach, which has been designated as NATURA and offering sea and mountain views. The village of Pyrgos Psilonerou is an ideal setting, providing peace and tranquility while at the same time being strategically situated close to all the action and activities of the resort of Platanias, close to Chania city and overall is an ideal base for visiting all the attractions of western Crete.

Each villa is 110m2 on 3 levels and is suitable for 6 persons with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The ground level houses a large, fully-equipped living room, dining area and kitchen with a view to the pool and one of the bathrooms. The first floor houses 2 bedrooms (one is the Master with a Queen sized bed and the other has twin beds) and a bathroom, as well as a large veranda with a 6-piece seating set, perfect as an outdoor living room with a panoramic view of the sea and the White mountains. On the 2nd level is a cosy loft that is the third bedroom (with twin beds). It is directly accessed from the first floor with no door in between. Each Villa at its ground floor has its own space next to the large swimming pool with sun loungers, parasol, a coffee table and a 6-piece dining set. In the basement of the complex, you will find a mini fitness center, which also has a sauna, a steam bath shower (additional charges apply) and a small but well-equipped gym. There is also a specially designed barbecue area with outdoor furniture. Last but not least, you can use upon request one of the totally 14 available bikes in the villas to explore the area. The beach, which is very close to the villas is well known for its crystal clear waters and as a spawning ground for the Caretta-caretta turtles.
