Villa Nobile

Villa Nobile is an old renovated mansion in the traditional village of Kaliviani, just past Kissamos and very near the lagoon of Balos and the famous Falasarna Beach. It is a perfect location from which to explore all the beautiful areas/beaches of Western Crete.

The villa is 180m2 on 2 floors and has the reminders of its former glory, such as the stone walls & arches and wooden doors and ceilings. Together with the antique furnishings, the atmosphere takes you back to yesteryear. The ground floor houses the fully-equipped kitchen, the living and dining areas, with a spacious veranda with captivating views of the mountains and Kissamos Bay. One of the bedrooms and bathroom is also on this level. A wooden staircase leads to the first floor where there is a Master Bedroom with Queensize bed, fireplace, ensuite bathroom, a large veranda and a loft with 2 single beds. There are 2 more bedrooms; one with 2 single beds and the other with one single bed. These share a bathroom. The exterior is resplendent with trees, shrubs and fragrant flowers of all kinds, whilst the swimming pool was designed to respect the overall architectural style.
