Villa Aura

Villa Aura is part of a new complex of 4 villas in the Kalamaki region, close to the the city of Chania and very close to the sea. The villas are built on two acres of land which slopes towards the sea and enables all four villas to have unlimited views of the coastline. The floor-to-ceiling windows and spacious verandas with comfortable sitting areas also add to the unimpeded views of the Cretan sea.

Villa Aura is 160m2 villa with 5 bedrooms and 5 en-suite bathrooms. The ground floor houses an open plan living area and fully equipped kitchen. On this level there are 3 of the 5 bedrooms with their en-suite bathrooms. On the first floor is the 4th bedroom/bathroom with a large veranda and stunning sea view. The fifth bedroom and bathroom is below the ground, but still has natural light as well as a small seating area. There is also a small gym in the villa. The recently completed villa has been built with state-of-the-art materials and is insulated and equipped with temperature-controlled automatic air-conditioning. The floor-to-ceiling windows allows natural light to flood the villa and highlight the natural stone interior. The outdoor area has a pool with hydromassage and plenty of sunbeds. There is a BBQ for those nights when you want to stay at home and cook and dine alfresco.
