This new 160m2 villa is ideally situated with only a 4 minute walk to the nearest beach in the suburb of Agii Apostoli, and only 4 km from the center of the city of Chania.

Villa Cataleya consists of a fully equipped kitchen, living room, three bedrooms, two with a double bed and one with 2 single beds. One of the bedrooms also has its own fireplace. There are also three bathrooms equipped with showers. One of the bedrooms and bathrooms are in a totally separate studio by the pool which is fully equipped and can accommodate 2 persons.
