How to Book
1. Imagine that you are already in Crete and in your ideal location. Then try to think of all the things that would be important for you on a holiday.
2. Browse through our small, but highly selective range of accommodations. You can search by location (if you know which part of Crete you prefer), by type of accommodation or by the number of bedrooms you require.
3. Call us! We know each property well and can help you choose the one that best matches your needs and priorities or perhaps give extra information that is not on our site.
4. When you have narrowed down your choice to a final selection, fill out a reservation request form found at each property and send it to us so we can check availability. We will get back to you within 24 hours. If your choice is not available, we will suggest alternatives to meet your requirements.
5. Once we have verified availability with the owner and you are sure of your choice and have read and accepted our terms & conditions, finalize your reservation by:
- Filling out a BOOKING FORM and returning it to us by FAX or EMAIL (We recommend that you keep a copy for your own reference.)
- Paying a DEPOSIT of 40% of total booking value for reservations up until 29 days before arrival. For reservations less than 28 days, a 100% deposit is required.
- Immediately upon receipt of deposit payment, we will email you a Confirmation of Booking. This will note the remaining balance if any, and when payment is due.
Some properties have different arrangements for payment of the deposit and balance. If applicable, this will be explained at the time of booking.
6. Please note that the Full Balance of the rental fee is due 3 weeks prior to arrival. All other request services (transfers, car rentals, tours, etc.) are to be booked, confirmed and paid as per our rental policy. In the case of any extra services incurred during your stay, they are to be paid in local currency. Please check Terms & Conditions.
7. Let us know if you wish to be contacted by any of our affiliate companies for your travel arrangements (flights, rental cars etc.) Drivers for airport transfers are also available.
8. Payments can be made in one of the following ways:
- By remitting the amount to our Bank Account. (Please contact us for bank details.)
- By PayPal. You can securely pay for accommodation with all major credit cards! After you have chosen the property and sent a booking request to us, Booking Manager will generate and send you an invoice via PayPal to the email address to you have provided with your request.
9. Upon receipt of final payment we will send your Accommodation Voucher Package and your receipt. The Voucher package contains detailed directions to the property, its address and phone number and the name and number of the property owner or manager or caretaker who will be greeting you upon arrival.
