Paradise Villas- VILLA PINES

Paradise Villas is a newly built complex of four adjacent villas (each with a fully equipped kitchen) in a fenced, wooded, secluded lot, in the quaint seaside village of Koutsouras in South-East Crete. The complex is only a few minutes walk away from a quiet pebble beach with bars and restaurants and also close to all amenities in the village. A large sandy beach is found only 2 km away in the resort of Makrigialos. The villas are nestled within a beautiful garden, full of local fruit trees and flowers and Cretan herbs. The whole complex has been designed with comfort and eco-friendly holiday living in mind.

Villa PINES is a 155m2 Maisonette-style on 3 floors. Its name comes from the 2 tall pine trees that provide ample shade during the hot summer days. The décor was inspired by the colors of the wilderness and feature deep red, orange and blues. It features 2 master bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms situated in the quiet part of the villa facing the gardens away from the pool, a pool-facing third bedroom with en-suite bathroom, a loft with double bed and en-suite bathroom, as well as two living rooms with chairs and sofa beds able to sleep an additional 6 people. First and second floors have sea views. The ground floor consists of a fully-equipped kitchen, dining room and living area with access to a half-bath. In addition, one of the master suites with a private bathroom is located on the ground floor, ideal for older couples who do not like stairs. The master suite overlooks the side garden and one of the pine trees, has a king-size bed, nightstands and large closet. The master bath features a Jacuzzi tub with shower. The dining table opens to accommodate up to 14 people. The living and dining areas open onto a south-facing patio, directly in front of the pool – a wonderful place to relax, sunbathe or read your favorite book underneath the trees. A marble stairway leads to the 1st floor, in a second living area with balcony overlooking the pool, which features a single bed and couch that opens into a double bed – able to accommodate up to 3 additional guests. There are two bedrooms on the 1st floor. The second master suite (queen-size bed) with private bathroom faces east, protected of the morning sun by the large pecan tree. It is a very private and quiet part of the villa. A smaller bedroom in the front of the house overlooks the pool with a beautiful balcony and features bunk beds and a double bed. The living room and small bedroom guests share a bathroom. A smaller wooden stairway leads to the loft, which has a double wooden bed, plus a small bathroom with shower. From the loft south-facing windows there is a superb view to the pine tree top and the Mediterranean sea in the background. The outdoor area includes a large infinity pool with plenty of lounge chairs and a BBQ area for outdoor dining.
