Phaestias Villas

“Phaestias Villas” is a group of five independent traditional residences, located in the village of Kalamaki, only one kilometer from the biggest sandy beach in Southern Crete (Kalamaki-Komo). It is built at the foot of a quiet hill with amazing views to the mountains, the sea and the nightly sunsets. For culture buffs, it is located very close to the archaeological sides of Phaistos, Gortys, Agia Triada, Matala and Komo. In the surrounding, region there are many traditional villages with their lively summertime festivals and events with traditional feasts, music and dancing.

Each villa has been built, furnished and decorated in traditional Cretan style. They all have two floors with two bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, one of which is large, with its own hydro-massage, hamam and home-spa. There is a kitchen completely equipped kitchen and a living room with a fireplace that can also be transformed into a third bedroom to accommodate 6 persons. There is a fairly large, well-tended garden around each villa, along with a private swimming-pool with hydro-massage and a separate swimming-pool and playground for children.
