Villa Veni, situated on a private plot of land of 600 m2 on the outskirts of Veni village, is a haven for those wishing an oasis among nature! Villa Veni is a 105 m2, two-story property and can accommodate 4 people in its 2 bedrooms (and up to 5 if necessary.) This cozy dwelling offers superior design and construction quality and is furnished eclectically with a combination of bohemian and minimalist touches. On the ground floor there is a spacious open plan area consisting of the living room, indoor dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen with top quality fixtures and appliances. The living room features a fireplace, Smart TV with Netflix, while offering stunning countryside views through the large glass doors, as well as direct access to a spacious veranda. The veranda is equipped with an outdoor seating area, and it enjoys amazing views of the surrounding area. A bedroom with two single beds (0.90 x 2.00 m) that can also be set up as one double upon request can also be found on the ground floor, as well as a bathroom with shower cabin and a washing machine. The first floor, which is actually a spacious, attic above the living room houses an open plan bedroom with a Queen-size bed (1.80 x 2.00 m) and a balcony with a small coffee table, as well as a second roomy bathroom with a shower cabin. A few steps below the veranda, guests can access the exterior of the villa, a 500 m2 fenced area with many facilities and spots for relaxing. More specifically the outdoor area offers a 40 m2 private swimming pool (minimum depth: 0.80 m, maximum depth: 1.50 m) with a special section for children. The pool can also be heated upon advance request at an additional daily charge for the entire stay. The tile-paved terrace around the pool is equipped with an outdoor shower, sun beds, and umbrellas for your comfort. In addition there is an outdoor dining area with a built-in table and bench and an organized BBQ area under the shade of a pergola, where you can enjoy al fresco dining. The outdoors also includes beautifully landscaped gardens, surrounded by olive trees, aromatic herbs, and a vegetable garden, as well as a large lawn-covered area next to the pool, for children to play safely. The villa is fully fenced and has a gated entrance offering full privacy for guests.
