Situated on the beautiful north-west coast of Crete in the village of Agios Georgios, near the town of Kissamos, the newly built Elation Villas have been designed with luxury holiday living in mind and have many innovative architectural and environmentally friendly features throughout. Villa Eleftheria is perched at the top of the hill, enjoying a dominant position and outstanding sea views. Elektra is the architectural mirror of Eleftheria, located slightly lower and Efrosyni is a sister villa of Elektra. All the villas have a spacious, natural stone terrace which dominates the front of the property and has a private infinity pool with full width Roman steps where you can admire the inspiring views of the Aegean Sea. The outdoor area is a large factor in the design of the villa with much indoor space flowing through to external spaces with either private balconies or terraces. There is a large outdoor dining area with a specifically designed pergola that gives you sunshine but also a little shade. The gardens have been thoughtfully planted with endemic shrubs, flowers and trees which are complimented by traditional stone walls that blend into the natural environment. The living space is structured over two distinct floors and throughout the property, there are many large “picture” windows which allow sunlight to flood in and provide panoramic views from any room. Access is via the ground floor which opens to a spacious living room boasting a modern and eco-friendly fireplace and many architectural twists. The kitchen area is open plan with stylish and practical Corian work surfaces with an informal dining area and top of the line appliances. The ground floor double bedroom has a separate entrance with large terrace doors that grant access to the Terrace and has an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in Spa shower area. The master bedroom is on the first floor and has a large balcony to the front and access to a unique private outdoor seating space to the side. The wall-to-wall windows provide uninterrupted views of the Aegean Sea. The spacious en-suite bathroom has a relaxing Jacuzzi bath.
