Villa Panareti

Located in Kamara village, Villa Panareti is a traditional stone 2-story country house of 170m2 set on a large property of 850m2. The original building dates back to the 19th century and was fully renovated and restored in 2015, providing all modern comforts and facilities, while preserving the traditional details of the old era, with wood and stone being the dominant features that perfectly match with the impressive landscape, resplendent with olive groves that surround the villa. The panoramic views of the mountains and valley and sea enhance the tranquility and privacy.

The ground level consists of a generous sized living room with fireplace, the dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. A hallway leads to the linen room, a bathroom and a bedroom with a double bed. On the upper level, you will find a master bedroom with a double bed with en suite bathroom and its own large veranda, as well as an elegant office and a large terrace. The third bedroom with two single beds is located in the wooden attic. Outdoors is the pool with sun loungers, a shaded dining and sitting area and a BBQ and traditional oven for al fresco cooking.
