Villa Aktis is a new, modern, elegant, spacious villa ideally situated in a key position between the city of Chania and the famous beaches of the area, ideal for exploring western Crete. Close by (500m) there is a bus station that can transfer you to the city center every 15 minutes or to the cosmopolitan beaches like Aptera, Chrisi Akti, Agioi Apostoloi, Kalamaki and to the seaside resorts of Agia Marina and Platanias with plenty of taverns, shops and beautiful beaches. Close to house you will find a supermarket, bakery, pharmacy, hospital, gym, bowling, restaurant, café, shops, museums, water park, and the park of Agioi Apostoloi ,which is ideal for jogging next to the sea.

The ground floor consists of a spacious high-ceilinged living room with wooden ceiling beams, comfortable sofas, a fireplace, a large Smart TV, dining area and a fully-equipped kitchen. Also on this floor there are 2 bedrooms. The first has a double bed and the second 2 single beds (which can turn into a double bed) and a WC. On the first floor can be found the third bedroom with a double bed, a smart TV, a private bathroom and a private veranda. At the courtyard of the house there is a barbecue under a cool pergola with an outdoor dining area that has access to a beautiful lawn with palm trees. Also in the backyard there is private overflow swimming pool with the small built- in pool for children.
