The villa is 120m2 and built on two levels. The main floor houses the common open-plan living and dining areas, with a dining table that can accommodate 8 persons and a fully equipped kitchen and a WC. The living room has a working fireplace and a sofa bed that can accommodate a 5th guest. On the top floor, there is the Queen Master Bedroom that leads to a private balcony with a pergola. The second bedroom is twin-bedded, but they can be pushed together to make a double. There is one large shared common bathroom that also has laundry facilities. The grassy pool area is complete with umbrellas and sun loungers and there is a play area for children as well as a section of the pool that is also for the little ones.
