Cressa Ghitonia

High up in the picturesque village of Sfaka, with a commanding view of the sea, is a delightful, stone-built traditional settlement that has been newly reconstructed into a stunning complex of apartments, suites and studios. Originally built in the late 18th century, "Cressa Ghitonia" which means Cretan neighborhood, really gives you a chance to feel part of the tranquil life of a village in a bygone era.

For laid-back activities, the complex has a stone-framed pool and a beautifully-appointed spa with hammam, large jacuzzi, sauna and massages. There is also a sweet little restaurant with panoramic views. All the accommodation have fireplaces for year-round enjoyment, some with balconies, others with terraces and the soothing, modern interiors have been designed by Olyvia Siskou. The settlement consists of: 5 houses, some with one bed, one bath and some with 2, suitable for families since they can hold up to 6 persons; 4 suites which have 2 separate rooms and are suitable for 2-4 persons; 3 one-room studios for 2-4 persons and 3 rooms for 2 persons only.
