Sivas Villas - Radamanthis

SIVAS VILLAS, open all year, are situated in the traditional, quiet unspoiled village of SIVAS. They are two stone-made traditional manor houses originally built in 1900 and renovated with great care and attention to detail. Although they have been built with the same materials, each has its own unique personality and are furnished with traditional furniture and furnishings, giving them an old world charm. Take advantage of the many feasts and celebrations that take place throughout the summer and during the Easter period. All necessary shops, taverns, cafés, mini-markets, gift shops and car rentals can be found in the village of Kamilari, while a wider choice is offered in Matala, Mires and Tympaki- all small towns close to Kamilari.

The entrance to the house area leads to a private parking and a small garden with an open sitting area. Entering the house you see a spacious living-room with a fireplace, traditional pieces of furniture, an antique piano, comfortable sofas convertible to single beds, TV, DVD, HI-FI system and an excellent view of the swimming pool. A stone arch leads to the dining area and the fully equipped kitchen. In the basement there is also a spacious bedroom with a double and a single bed, a bathroom with a cabin (having hydro-massage, ham-am and aroma therapy), hair-dryer and washing machine. Wooden stairs lead to another bedroom with wooden floor with a double bed and a sofa convertible to a single bed, which looks out on a terrace tidied up to a garden which offers a great view. At the back side of the house in front of the living- room there is a garden with a sitting area, a swimming pool (3.5m x 7.00m ,1.30m deep) and a barbeque. All the outside parts of the house have total privacy and quiet. Stone arches, wood floors and typically local, traditional furniture and furnishings add to the old-world charm of the villas, but of course they are completely equipped with all the modern necessities of life today, including some perks such as a hamam and hydro-massage.
