Erato Villa is located amidst olive groves at the edge of the picturesque, traditional village of Koutouloufari, overlooking the Gulf of Hersonissos. It is quiet and peaceful, yet all the action and nightlife of Hersonissos is just a few minutes away, should you wish to partake of that. Even the infamous water-park "Star Beach" is just a 5 minute walk away.
The villa is made of natural stone with wooden beams and floors and was designed by professionals with scrupulous attention to detail. It sits on a property of 2000m2 with a large expanse of lawns, flowers and trees. Plenty of well-positioned windows in the living and dining area allow for great views of the pool area and the sea beyond. There is a small "work" corner with a PC and phone and the bedrooms and bathrooms are conveniently situated all upstairs.
