Villa Taxiarchis is a quaint,charming, newly restored 2-storey house in the picturesque village of Anopolis, which is 3km inland from the beach resort of Kokkini Hani. Anopolis is ideal for those wishing to spend quality time in a small, peaceful, quiet Cretan village with friendly kafeneions yet still be within easy access of great beaches and beach resort towns. Anopolis is also well positioned as a base for many excursions throughout the island. The surrounding areas of the village are ideal for walking, bird-watching, cycling and other country-based natural activities.

The whole house has been professionally decorated in a clean, contemporary style and designed for maximum guest comfort, using the highest quality materials and furnishings. All doors and windows are double-glazed and the floors are oak and marble throughout. There is a large verandah boasting stunning views of the pastoral landscape of small mountains, olive groves and the Monastery of Agios Ioannis. There is one large master double bedroom as well as a lounge/bed sofa (double) in the upstairs living area and a single lounge/bed sofa in the downstairs living area. The be-spoke kitchen is fully-equipped and the living area has a cosy fireplace.
