Mourtzanakis Residence are four cosy, comfortable villas open year-round, in a tranquil setting nestled in the hills with panoramic views to the medieval village of Achlada, the bustling village of Agia Pelagia and the sea beyond. The residence is surrounded by breathtaking scenery with enthralling sunsets.

The four independent villas all have 2 bedrooms, one on the first floor and one on the second. The living room has fireplace, satellite TV and all modern amenities. There is a lovely terrace for relaxing and enjoying the peaceful views. There are 2 swimming pools for both children and adults to enjoy and a traditional Cretan-style garden for relaxation and inspiration. The Main building houses a lounge for residents to be able to socialize together, a reception, library, terrace and living room with fireplace. Quite often there are lectures on the history of Crete, and the owners (whose family history dates back to 961 AD) speak Arabic and French fluently in addition to Greek and English. Overall a fascinating place for a multicultural, historical and eco-touristic experience.
