Built on 5000m2 of land with superb views of the sea and bays of Agia Pelagia the property also includes lovely flower gardens, an abundance of fruit trees, grapes and over 20 indigenous varieties of plants and herbs.

Both the studios and apartments are furnished in the traditional Cretan style and all come with a double bed, bathroom, fully-equipped kitchen, A/C and Central Heating. The apartments have a separate bedroom and spacious living room with sofa beds and a large, private terrace to enjoy the superb view. Guests share a large swimming pool with sunbeds and umbrellas with a bar and BBQ area for all to use. In addition, there is a main hall where holiday events, family celebrations, conferences & seminars (up to 50 persons) can take place. The main hall is also equipped with a library, internet and fax.
