This small, charming 600 year-old Venetian home in the historic Ottoman quarter of Splanzia in the heart of Chania, was built in 1400 by an affluent Venetian merchant family. It has been lovingly restored to offer authentic accommodation that is elegantly simple with all the modern amenities. From the terrace on the 3rd floor are views of the Turkish Minaret, the Bell Tower of St. Nicholas, the Venetian Port of Chania and off in the distance, the Akrotiri Peninsula.

The house is perfect for 2 or even 4 persons. The 80m2 is in 4 floors, with the ground floor housing the well-equipped kitchen with a table to seat 4. The first floor has the living area which includes 2 chairs that convert to single beds and a small office. The second floor has the bedroom and bathroom and the top floor is a 15m2 terrace with table and chairs.
